
This particular brokerage agency needed to revamp its marketing materials for various properties that were being listed. They were experiencing high volume and needed a long-term agency that they could contract with.
How We Solved This Project
Upon first contracting with us, we got a gauge of their existing marketing efforts, branding guidelines, etc. In addition to building out templates that brokers and their support staff could use, as needed, we also designed several custom-branded flyers and offering memorandums for their high-profile listings.
We contracted property photographers who took interior photos, drone aerials, and lifestyle shots to use within the marketing materials. We also leveraged our resources to pull demographic and market statistics that helped highlight the value of the listings.
Through our work together, the brokerage was able to lease/sell all the listings we were contracted to assist with, adding approximately $28M in revenue to the firm.

While we could have simply worked on the client's brand and provided templates which could be used by the support staff, we took things a step further, developing a long-term relationship where we were on hand for the higher ticket listings.
